My work in the Scottish Parliament
Here, you will be able to find out what I have been doing to represent constituents in the Scottish Parliament

Action on Off-Road Vehicle and E-Bike Misuse
I was pleased to have confirmed to me that Police Scotland are reviewing guidance around the confiscation of off-road vehicles and often (illegally modified) e-bikes which are being misused.

Heat Pumps and Decarbonising Homes
I asked what the Scottish Government is doing to help homeowners quickly switch to low-carbon heating systems – like heat pumps – especially when their current systems fail and urgent replacements are needed.

Outstanding Service to the 90th Glasgow Girls’ Brigade
t was good to catch up with Rosemary Nimmo and Margaret Harvey last week to congratulate them on their combined 84 years of service for the 90th Glasgow Girls Brigade in Summerston. I was also pleased to acknowledge their service in a parliamentary motion.

Women Prisoners and the Lilias Centre
I asked the Scottish Government about the support available to women preparing for release from prison.

Housing Emergency Action Plan
The Scottish Government’s housing emergency action plan will help tackle the housing emergency, particularly for young people and first-time buyers.

Scrapping Peak Rail Fares
I led a debate in the Scottish Parliament on the scrapping of peak rail fares on ScotRail trains. It shows the ambition to make public transport more affordable and help people with the rising cost of living.
