You are donating to a candidate at a Scottish Parliament election. This means that if you are donating £50 or more, we need to check your identity and that it is from a permissible source.

If you donate £500 or more, there are further checks we need to make, and in some circumstances we need to report this to the Electoral Commission.

The money you use to make a donation must be from your own funds. You must not pass on money to this campaign from a third party. It is an offence not to reveal the true source of a donation.
